Off Season Academy - October/November

These lessons are all encompassing to what pitchers need to improve with an emphasis on what actually matters. I take a holistic approach and teach kids how to build a system and routines that will aid in their long term development as a pitcher. These are not quick fix lessons, my goal is to establish long term development plans and relationships with the athlete to help them discover their passion for self improvement through the lens of pitching. Everything is done with the goal of learning that you can have fun training! Some things we will do in the lessons include : Pre Throw Activation, Functional Strength, Medicine Ball Power Training, Throwing Programming, Mechanical Analysis, Bullpens, Command Training, Pitch Design, Velocity Development, Arm Care & Recovery, Mental Performance.
